Who Reads Rich Lowry

Today on MSNBC, all the talking heads are referring to John Edwards as "mad" or angry."  Do all these people read Rich Lowry or do they take their talking points from the same source that he does?  Are BOTH Fox and MSNBC owned by the Repugs or are they all owned by someone else?
